Tim first appeared on the Houston acoustic music scene as part of WoodenWork. Later, he teamed up with singer-songwriter April Kelly, performing as a duo and as the Walker
Kelly Band. He has performed at original music venues which include Anderson Fair, McGonigel's Mucky Duck, Ovations, and SRO. Tim has opened shows for Livingston Taylor, Shake Russell and Dana Cooper.In
2000, Tim won first place in the Next Door Coffeehouse's Acoustic Songwriter competition. Tim also has a technical background, with an engineering degree in the field of electronics. Aside from his work in
